2017 Annual Meeting: See What’s Happening in West Virginia!

The West Virginia Division of Forestry and the National Association of State Foresters have partnered to bring together the nation’s forestry leaders in West Virginia from September 18-21, 2017.

Charleston, West Virginia is home to both history and modernity and is the capital of one of the third most heavily forested states in the country. There are nearly 12 acres of forest for every person in the state, with a total of 12.2 million acres of forested land. With so many forests, over 30,000 people are employed in forestry or related industries which contributes $3 billion to West Virginia’s economy annually.

We look forward to hosting you for an exceptional week of business, learning and networking from the Charleston Marriott Town Center.
