The Council of Western State Foresters (CWSF) has announced that Kelsey Delaney, Projects Director, has accepted the position of CWSF Forest Policy Director. Kelsey has been an asset to the organization since joining in March 2013. Prior to joining the CWSF, Kelsey held several positions within the Society of American Foresters, most recently serving as the Association Director of Forest Policy.
