"4 Excursions in Wood" exhibit in Athens, Georgia, will include the work done by International Year of Forestry Photo Fellow Josh Birnbaum. The fellowship, sponsored by NASF and the National Network of Forest Practitioners, gave Birnbaum the opportunity to travel across the country to take pictures of our diverse forests in six states. Josh Birnbaum is currently a visiting professor at Ohio University where he teaches photography, picture editing, digital imaging and audio/video courses.
The exhibit is housed at Ohio University's Multicultural Center Art Gallery and includes four mediums of artwork: pottery, photography, regenerative design and cabinet making, and runs run through March 31.
