Congress overrides veto of Farm Bill, despite error

The House easily overrode President Bush's veto of a $307 billion farm bill on Wednesday, but a clerical error left out a whole section from the 673-page bill before it was sent to the White House.

UPDATE: The complete bill was approved in the House on Thursday by 306 to 110. The Senate quickly followed suit, 82 to 13. The votes in both chambers were far more than enough to defeat the veto that President Bush cast on Wednesday.
