Whether campfires or stoves, states warn of wildfire danger
It's wildfire season and hunting season in the south and forestry officials are warning hunters of the dangers of unattended campfires. The south has seen six wildfires already this fall and hunters need to be especially careful with fire.
In Nevada, firefighters responded to a fire caused by the improper disposal of ashes from a pellet stove this week. Both warnings are a wake-up call to citizens to be mindful of how they handle both indoor and outdoor fires.
