The Department of Lands (IDL) is offering an opportunity for a seasoned manager to lead, inspire, and assure the success of staff in the Fire Management Bureau and to forge strong relationships and alignment with Area fire staff and Operation Chiefs. This position reports directly to the Division Administrator of Forestry and Fire in the Coeur d'Alene Staff office. Over 40 dedicated full time employees and 150 seasonal firefighters make up the backbone of IDL's fire management program.
