WSJ reports building 'boom' in biomass power plants
As Congress works to set a renewable electricity standard, electric utilities in the Southeast and parts of the Midwest are beginning to build industrial-scale plants that burn biomass, and could receive significant federal tax credits for producing renewable energy.
