Wal-Mart joins WWF initiative, plans to phase out illegal wood sources

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said this week it will phase out illegal wood sources and increase the products it buys from sustainable forest operations. It is also joining a World Wildlife Fund initiative to improve management of valuable and threatened forests.
