Recycled paper shortage could lead to scratchier TP

The increase in electronic communication has led to a reduction in the amount of recycled newspapers, magazines and print paper. This shortage of high-quality recycled paper has an impact on the production of toilet paper, and paper companies are on a quest to find new supplies, according to an article in the current issue of Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN).
