Billions at stake as lawmakers grapple with 'renewable' definition
A recent article in the New York Times looks at the many interests with a stake in a definition of renewable energy. Both houses in Congress are moving legislation to establish national quotas for renewable energy sources, including the climate bill passed by the House Energy and Commerce Committee last week.
